Information About Early Voting

Early voting was approved by Connecticut voters in 2022. During the 2023 legislative session, the General Assembly authorized in-person early voting for elections held after April 1, 2024. Under this schedule, the first election utilizing early voting will be the Presidential Preference Primary on April 2, 2024.

Hartford, Conn. – The General Law Committee voted out a bill that would prohibit public entities from purchasing or operating certain small, unmanned aircraft systems, also known as drones. Rep. Middlebury, Conn.— An Elder Justice Forum was hosted at Woodside Heights in Middlebury on Monday by Connecticut Attorney General William Tong and State Representative William Pizzuto (R-71). Approximately 35 residents attended presentation about the new Elder Justice Hotline and other issues. The hotline, 1-860-808-5555, was established to help aging adults in Connecticut seek information, assistance, and justice.
