Piscopo Participates in Black Rock School’s Read Aloud Day

THOMASTON – On Friday, May 3^rd, State Rep. John Piscopo attended Black Rock Elementary School’s Read Aloud Day. Piscopo was joined by community leaders and other distinguished guests to read to various classes.

“This is one of my favorite events of the year and I always look forward to participating in it. The students were engaged during our story time and had great questions for me. I thank them for welcoming me to be part of their morning,” said Piscopo.

He was assigned to Mrs. Kiley’s First Grade Class and read the story, “Stretchy McHandsome” by Judy Schachner.
