Bristol – State Representative Cara Pavalock (R-Bristol) and State Senator Henri Martin (R-Bristol) joined facility administrators and staff on a tour of Countryside Manor in Bristol.
The legislators spent the morning speaking with Administrator Erica Roman, along with clinical and support staff and a resident about the services provided to those in care. The group concluded the visit with a tour of the grounds, including the on-site rehabilitation and therapy program.
Noting many of Countryside Manor’s top-notch services and its personal approach to health care, Rep. Pavalock stated, “Countryside Manor has proven itself to be a facility aimed at enhancing the lives of its residents through world-class care. It was very helpful to hear first-hand of the current needs and industry challenges that the staff manages while continuing to seek ways to provide excellent service for residents and their families.”
“I can’t say enough about the great staff at Countryside Manor and the excellent services they provide,” Sen. Martin said. “We are fortunate to have this business right here in Bristol and we want to do all we can to help them grow and thrive.”
“It was an honor to have Senator Henri Martin and Representative Cara Pavalock visit Countryside Manor of Bristol,” said Erica Roman, Administrator of Countryside Manor. “We were able to have a wonderful conversation about the needs of nursing homes and they truly seem interested on how they can help. I feel they will be great advocates for the staff and residents of the nursing home industry.”
