Last night, I had the privilege or attending the Connecticut Veterans Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony to honor 14 inductees, one of which was Bristol resident and United States Navy Veteran Scott Rosado.

Like those inducted with him, Scott’s military and public service is exemplary. His civic background includes serving as President of the Bristol Boys and Girls Club and is active in other veteran and civic organizations. He also dedicates his time to the Korean War Veterans Association and is a member of the American Legion Post 2.

It was an honor to join so many veterans, their families and friends to acknowledge Scott and the 13 other nominees who have made significant contributions to improving our state. These inductees have not only served our country, but each one of them have also dedicated so much of their time and efforts to helping and serving other veterans after their service time had ended.
