Investing in Stamford Schools

On Tuesday, I joined Lt. Gov Susan Bysiewicz, Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons, the bipartisan Stamford legislative delegation, and local Stamford education leaders to celebrate a series of state grants aimed at improving air quality in schools through HVAC upgrades.
Recently, we have learned how important in-person learning is for our children, teachers, and families. These investments will improve not only the quality of air circulating hallways and classrooms, but the education our children receive. Thank you to our state and local leaders for your dedication to our state’s students and schools.
