Rep. McCarty, Colleagues Push for ECS Changes

I was happy to join my colleagues to promote a different way forward with regard to educating our students.  This year, House Bill 5003 proposes to speed up the Educational Cost Sharing (ECS) funding formula to provide much-needed funding to our districts.
