TOLLAND – In her capacity as Ranking Member of the Education Committee, State Representative Kathleen McCarty (R-38) visited Birch Grove School in Tolland last week to learn more about their current struggle with a crumbling foundation. Going forward, Rep. McCarty plans to advocate for schools like Birch Grove that are suffering from this issue in the Education Committee.
