Community Day in Recognition of National Native American Heritage Month

It was an honor to join my colleagues, friends and dignitaries from the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation during the inaugural Community Day in recognition of National Native American Heritage Month at the Pequot Museum. The Museum is located at 110 Pequot Trail, Mashantucket, 06338.

I appreciated the opportunity to once again meet with members of the Tribal Council to discuss the important impacts Native American history and culture have on our region and our country.
