
Rep. Mastrofrancesco Sworn In as State Representative for the 2025 Legislative Session

HARTFORD – Rep. Gale Mastrofrancesco, R-Wolcott, was sworn in to represent the 80th House District on Wednesday during a ceremony that marked the opening day of the 2025 Legislative Session.
In addition to serving as Ranking Member of the General Assembly’s Government Administration and Elections Committee, Rep. Mastrofrancesco will also serve on the committees for Children, Human Services and Labor & Public Employees. House Republican Leader Vincent Candelora has also re-appointed her Assistant House Republican Leader for the 2025 Session.
“It is a critical time for our state in many ways, and you can be sure I will be working to strengthen the integrity of our elections and prevent the misuse of your tax dollars,” said Rep. Mastrofrancesco. “There are too many times when the Democrat majority attempts to push terrible bills through in the middle of the night, but I will be here, pushing back.”
