Rep. Marra Asks NTSB Official About Multiple Substance Impaired Driving

Earlier today, I had the opportunity to ask an official from the NTSB about impaired driving, specifically driving under the influence of alcohol AND other drugs, including cannabis.

His answer was enlightening, especially when he said many states stop testing for other substances once a level of impairment is reached.
