HARTFORD – On Friday, State Representative Brian Lanoue (R-45), announced that he will be undergoing thyroid surgery on September 25th. This surgery will require a brief recovery, and as a result, Rep. Lanoue’s Office Hours in Jewett City and Preston, along with other activities in late September through October will be canceled.
“I thought it was important to let my constituents know what is going on and how my schedule may be altered for a short time,” Rep. Lanoue said. “I have the utmost confidence in my medical team, and after a relatively short recovery period, I look forward to returning to the best job to represent the best constituents in the world, my friends and neighbors here in Connecticut’s 45th General Assembly District,” he concluded.
State Representative Brian Lanoue is in his third term representing the 45th District in the Connecticut General Assembly which includes the towns of Griswold, Ledyard, Lisbon, Preston, and Voluntown.
