Thank you to the residents of Plainfield, the 45th District and surrounding communities who attended our Town Hall Meeting last night at the Senior Center. Rep. Anne Dauphinais, Sen. Heather Somers and I rely on your feedback to better serve you in Hartford.
We know many of the bills passed this session, including the state budget, will place an unfair burden on small businesses – the ones our towns rely on for economic growth and employment. Although we had hoped for a better outcome this session, we will continue to fight for our constituents, including the job creators and fantastic workers in Eastern Connecticut.
