I enjoyed a great discussion last night with Sen. Heather Somers and residents of the 45th District during our legislative update at Griswold Middle School. Thank you to everyone who attended.
You have made it clear that our state continues to go in the wrong direction with fiscal policies and spending, which has taken a toll on our local and state economies. Speaking of tolls, I remain opposed to this user fee because we cannot trust the governor and Democratic legislators to be responsible with more of our hard-earned money when their track record speaks for itself.
I will continue to hold office and coffee hours throughout summer. If you have not met with me already, I encourage you to attend one of these events to discuss any state issue of importance to you and your families.
