On Saturday, I had a great time at the cleanup of Hopeville Pond State Park. An enormous thank you to all those who participated to help preserve the park’s natural beauty so it will continue to be a destination for many individuals and families.
I am honored to be the state representative of such a beautiful and special place. Special thanks to 45th District Teen Legislative Council, the Friends of Pachaug Forest (FOPF) and my staff for organizing this event.
I also want to personally commend FOPF Mascot, “Metoo,” our four legged friend, for all her hard work during this event. Like many of us, she was ready for a nap after the cleanup!
