Last night we held an informational tolls forum in Norwich to provide the public with the facts. Gov. Lamont has included an option for tolls on all motor vehicle in his budget proposals. If approved, this could place a huge burden on Connecticut residents and businesses. While I realize the need to modernize our transportation infrastructure, I believe we can do this by prioritizing spending on needs, not wants. Tolls are not the answer. Thank you Rep.
