CT State Rep. Brian Lanoue (R-Griswold, Lisbon, Plainfield, Sterling, Voluntown) attended the CT Humane Society Legislative Breakfast at the Legislative Office Building on Tuesday, February 5. Rep. Lanoue thanked the organization for the great work they do, which includes companion animal welfare, adoption services, medical care, education and prevention of animal cruelty.
