I am delighted that the Governor announced Lisbon and Voluntown will receive STEAP State Funding to complete infrastructure projects they been waiting very patiently for. These funds will help to get necessary municipal projects completed while helping ease financial burdens to our hard working taxpayers.
Lisbon: $128,205 in state funding has been approved for the Strawberry Fields sidewalk replacement project. This will be matched by $50,000 from the town.
Voluntown: $128,205 in state funding has been approved for the Phase 1 design, planning, and engineering of Forge Hill Bridge. This will be matched by $5,695 from the town.
