On Friday, March 3rd, I was privileged to join members of the Lisbon Fire Department and the local community to break ground at the new Lisbon fire station. The new fire station will not only strengthen the town of Lisbon but will be beneficial to surrounding towns that rely on Lisbon Fire Department for mutual aid as well. I am a very big supporter of our volunteers and all first responders. I am happy it all came together for our first responders who work tirelessly protecting us all.
I want to thank the men and women of the Lisbon Fire Department and Lisbon First Selectman Thomas Sparkman for including me in the festivities. Stay safe and thank you for everything you do for our community.
