    As we head into Memorial Day Weekend and begin the unofficial start of summer, I hope you take a few moments to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to give us the freedoms we enjoy today. There will be plenty of celebrations, gatherings and parades over the weekend and I am planning on being out and about in our District. I have included some of the local Memorial Day events I will be attending this weekend and invite you to come join us in solidarity, honoring those who put our country before themselves.
