Griswold Senior and Community Wellness Center’s Grand Opening

It was my pleasure to attend the Griswold Senior and Community Wellness Center’s grand opening and ribbon cutting this past Friday. It was a spectacular turnout to celebrate this milestone for our seniors here in the Town of Griswold.

I enjoyed seeing so many people that I have come across over the years living in this wonderful town. I was also happy to see the finished product of this project and was happy to help where I could along the way. This facility is a great addition to the community, in particular for our youth and seniors to come together for meaningful dialogue on many different levels.

One thing was made very clear by many of the speakers and those in attendance – that this was certainly a great display in teamwork by the community and every level of government.
