Rep. Lanoue Praises Sterling, Ekonk Community Grange Passage of No-Tolls Resolutions

Posted on August 8, 2019 by admin

Congratulations to the Town of Sterling and the Ekonk Community Grange for passing no-tolls resolutions. Our roads and highways certainly need upgrading, but to ask the hardworking residents and business owners in our region to pay more while the state routinely mismanages finances is a disgrace. We have reached bipartisan solutions in the past, and we can certainly reach them again, but forcing Connecticut to pay another user fee is out of the question.

See below for copies of the resolutions.
