TEAM, Inc. is working on their annual Community Needs Assessment and are seeking survey responses from you!
Whether you currently receive their services or not, they want to hear from you. TEAM, Inc. serves – Ansonia, Bethany, Beacon Falls, Derby, Milford, Oxford, Orange, Seymour, Shelton and Woodbridge.
