(HARTFORD) — This week, House Republicans scored a major victory in officially establishing a Fallen Officer Fund that supports families of officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Century Farm Nominations Due

The Connecticut Agricultural Information Council (CAIC) is seeking nominations for the Century Farm Award. The Century Farm Award is given to a farm that has been in family operation for more than 100 years, and has outstanding potential to be successful business for another 100 years. Recipients are selected annually by CAIC.
Farms meeting the criteria may be nominated by another individual or self-nominate. All nominations are due by May 31.
