Connecticut entered into the multi-state consortium ArrayRx which allows residents to sign up for a discount card at no cost. When purchasing prescription drugs, consumers present the card at their pharmacy and they can receive savings of up to 80% on certain medications. All FDA-approved drugs are eligible for a discount.
According to the governor’s office, there is no cost to consumers or the state.
Connecticut residents who want to receive an ArrayRx discount card can fill out the form that is available online at arrayrxcard.com. A valid physical Connecticut address and e-mail address are required to enroll. The card will be provided to consumers digitally via e-mail and can be downloaded to smartphone wallets. It is anticipated that the card can be used at approximately 98% of pharmacies in Connecticut.
