WEST HAVEN- State Representatives Kathy Kennedy (R-119), Charles Ferraro (R-117), and Nicole Klarides-Ditria (R-105) teamed up with local students to make Valentines for Veterans. The students made close to a thousand handmade valentines for the veterans and the lawmakers delivered them to veterans at the West Haven VA on Valentine’s Day.
