Rep. Jensen Supports Southbury Land Conveyance in House Bill 7281

During the Saturday session, the House passed a land conveyance change which will affect Southbury and a portion of the property at the Southbury Training School known as “personnel village.”
This change is good for the town and will be a boost to the local economy as it eases previous restrictions on the land which have caused redevelopment concerns.
