Rep. Jensen Supports Entertainment Event Ticket Legislation

In an effort to better protect consumers, the House of Representatives passed a measure to further regulate the entertainment event ticket pricing and resale markets in the state.
Like many of you, Rep. Jensen said he’s purchased tickets online, and from authorized online resellers, and it can be confusing. This bill attempts to increase transparency and provide more clarity and protections for consumers. House Bill 7182 – An Act Concerning Entertainment Event Tickets passed the House and now heads to the Senate for further action.
