STONINGTON- In celebration of Earth Day, State Rep. Greg Howard (R-43) will be hosting an Earth Day River Clean-up on April 24 by the side of the Pawcatuck River.
Earth Day is officially celebrated on April 22 each year as a day meant to increase awareness of environmental problems, but also a time for many communities to gather together to clean up litter, plant trees, or simply reflect on the beauty of nature.
The Pawcatuck River Clean-up will begin at 9:00 a.m. and go to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday April 24th. Parking will be on Stillman Ave Extension in Stonington.

All necessary PPE (masks/gloves) & garage bags will be provided while supplies last.
