CTDOT is announcing additional lane closures to accommodate work between Exit 92 and the Rhode Island border on I-95 northbound, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday as well as 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing additional lane closures to accommodate work between Exit 92 and the Rhode Island border on I-95 northbound, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday as well as 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays. These new closure windows are being added to the already approved limitation of operations on this project. Message boards and all required traffic control devices will be in place prior to any lane closure.
CTDOT Project No. 0058-0340 is scheduled to be completed November of 2025. This project is administered by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Office of Construction, District 2 in Norwich.

Motorist can expect lane closures on I-95 northbound between Exit 92 and the Rhode Island border. Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
