For municipalities like ours who have done their fair share to accommodate these types of large-scale solar projects, they deserve the right to choose whether or not to approve or reject subsequent facilities or impose a moratorium on the construction or installations of such within a given town, and HB-5193 put forth this session would provide more local control on potential solar developments.
