    East Windsor – State Representative Carol Hall (R-59) presented a legislative citation to Patrick Soucy owner and auctioneer at Golden Gavel Auctions to celebrate 25 years in business, she was joined by Representatives Chris Davis (R-57), Tami Zawistowski (R-61), Kurt Vail (R-52) and Greg Stokes (R-58). The citation also recognized the company for its community involvement and fundraising for charities and non-profits. Golden Gavel moved to its current location in 2004 renovating a former grocery store.
