Four Opportunities in September to Meet with Local State Legislators

HARTFORD — State Representative Mike France (R-42) is hosting four different events next month, including two with State Senator Heather Somers (R-18), to allow constituents to meet with him to discuss new laws that recently went into effect, as well as any other state issues, that may impact residents of the 42nd district.

COFFEE HOUR
Who: Rep. France
When: Tuesday, September 10th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Where: Mitzi’s Coffee, 39 Kings Hwy, Gales Ferry

PIZZA AND POLITICS
Who: Rep. France and Sen. Somers
When: Thursday, September 12th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Where: Village Pizza, 353 Route 165, Preston, CT

COMMUNITY CONVERSATION
Who: Rep. France and Sen. Somers
When: Thursday, September 26th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Where: Preston Public Library, 389 Route 2

TOWN HALL MEETING
Who: Rep. France
When: Saturday, September 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Where: Ledyard Town Hall Annex

These events are free and open to the public. Coffee and “Tasty Treats” at the Coffee Hour will be self-service; pizza and pitchers of soda will be provided at the Pizza and Politics event.
