We all scream for ice cream, and now Middlefield has another great spot to enjoy some of the best around!
Rich Farm Ice Cream Middlefield, which has been open for just about a year, officially held a ribbon cutting and celebration to mark their entry and commitment to the community. According to owner James Serra, they use an all natural ice cream mix that does not include corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, growth hormones, or other chemicals. They offer dozens of freshly-made flavors that range from the standard vanilla and chocolate to more wild creations like Razzmanian Devil and Bananas Foster and Cowabunga!
During the brief ceremony, Rep. Fishbein presented an official State Citation signed by the entire Middlefield delegation to the Serra family.
The Middlefield location is 1 Lorraine Terrace, at the intersection of Washington Street, and is open on Sunday 12:oo pm – 6:00 pm, and Monday – Saturday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Their hours may differ during holidays.
