HARTFORD – State Representative Doug Dubitsky (R-47) will be holding legislative Town Hall at Norwich City Hall with Mayor Peter A. Nystrom , Monday, January 27, 2020.
Representative Dubitsky will discuss the upcoming 2020 Legislative Session along with any state-wide issues that are important to the residents of Norwich and the surrounding region.
