State Rep. Doug Dubitsky (R-47) speaks on the House floor during a special veto session on HB-5171, An Act Prohibiting the Executive Branch from Making Rescissions or Other Reductions to the Education Cost Sharing Grant During the Fiscal Year. The bill, recently vetoed by the governor, received the two-thirds majority in the House but failed to receive the required votes in the Senate to override the veto.
