    The Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) will be conducting a repair project to a retaining wall on Route 12 in Norwich. The purpose of this project is to provide a permanent fix to the structurally deficient retaining wall. A portion of the existing sidewalk will be replaced along with the addition of a protective fence.

    The project is scheduled to begin on Monday, February 12th from 6:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M, Monday through Friday. Weekend work is slated to begin on/around March 1st.

    Traffic delays may occur and motorists are urged to proceed with caution through this work zone.
