Local businesses which have been hurt by the COVID-19 outbreak will now be able to apply for disaster assistance loans.

Governor Lamont issued a statement  announcing that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will be accepting applications for loans of up to $2 million.

You can apply online by clicking here, or in person at any Disaster Recovery Center. The SBA recommends the online application as the fastest method to receive a decision about your eligibility.

For information or to find a location near you, please contact the Customer Service Center at 1-800-659-2955 or via e-mail at disastercustomerservice@sba.gov.
