State Representative Tom Delnicki and State Senator Saud Anwar Honor Carla Squatrito from Carla’s Pasta on Connecticut Immigrant Day

(l to r): State Representative Tom Delnicki (R-14) and State Senator Saud Anwar (D-3) met on April 17, 2019 at the Capitol in Hartford for the 22nd Annual Connecticut Immigrant Day. Carla Squatrito is the owner of Carla’s Pasta in South Windsor. Over the last 41 years, Carla has grown her company into one of the largest national filled pasta and pesto manufacturers, making over a million pounds of pasta every month. She employs people from over 21 different countries and is a woman-owned, family-run business since 1978.
