For the sixth year in a row, State Representative Tom Delnicki (R-14) is being recognized for his outstanding attendance record at the Legislature in Hartford.

Rep. Delnicki cast a vote on all 467 pieces of legislation that came before the House of Representatives during the 2021 Regular Legislative Session and Special Session – not missing a single one. According to statistics compiled by the House Clerk’s Office, this perfect score and attendance is very difficult to achieve, with only about 20% of legislators being able to do so in any given year.

“I am honored to be serving the people of South Windsor as a state representative. I take immense pride in being present for all debate in the House of Representatives as well as being in attendance to cast every single vote on behalf of my constituents,” Rep. Delnicki. “Thank you to all for the opportunity to once again serve you during this past session!”

Rep. Delnicki represents the 14th district in the General Assembly and is currently serving his third term as a Republican lawmaker. He serves on the legislature’s Planning and Development Committee, the Insurance and Real Estate Committee, and is Ranking Member of the Banking Committee. He is also Co-Chair of the Legislative Crumbling Foundations Caucus.
