Resurfacing Project along Route 140 in Ellington and Stafford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 140 in Ellington and Stafford, beginning Monday, June 3, 2019.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 3.32 mile segment of Route 140 in Ellington and Stafford. This project is scheduled to begin milling on Monday, June 3, 2019 to Monday, June 10, 2019. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to begin on Friday, June 14, 2019 to Wednesday, June 26, 2019.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 140 between .08 miles west of Buff Cap Road to Route 190 in Ellington and Stafford. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
