    HARTFORD – State Representative Anne Dauphinais (R-44), and State Senator Heather Somers (R-18), are inviting constituents and concerned citizens to a Legislative Wrap-Up in the town of Sterling, this Monday, June 26th from 5:30 – 6:30 P.M. Constituents are urged to attend and discuss the recently adjourned 2023 legislative session, along with any questions, concerns, or any state issues that are important to them.

    State Representative Anne Dauphinais is the Ranking Member of the Committee on Children. She also serves on the Education and Public Health Committees.

    State Senator Heather Somers serves as the Ranking Member on the Executive & Legislative Nominations and Public Health Committees. Senator Somers also serves on the Appropriations and Commerce Committees.

    The 44th General Assembly District consists of the towns of Killingly, Plainfield, and Sterling.

    The 18th Senate District consists of the towns of Griswold, Groton, North Stonington, Plainfield, Preston, Sterling, Stonington, and Voluntown.

    This event is free and open to residents of the 44th General Assembly District, and 18th Senate District.
