    “Thank you to all of the staff members from Day Kimball Hospital who took time out of their busy schedules to come up to Hartford today to discuss legislative issues that impact them and their jobs,” Rep. Dauphinais said.  “Day Kimball Hospital is an important pillar to not only the town of Putnam, but Eastern Connecticut as a whole. We need to prioritize our state spending and not use resources to bail out cities like Hartford, or  for renovations to the XL Center. Instead we need to provide our local hospitals with the funding they need to continue their great work throughout our communities.”
