Representative Makes Every Vote of the 2019 Regular Session

HARTFORD – For the third consecutive year, State Representative Anne Dauphinais (R-44) has achieved a perfect score for votes taken on the floor of the House of Representatives during the 2019 legislative session.

Each year, the House Clerk’s Office releases the data on members’ votes during the Regular Session and Representative Dauphinais was present for all 392 votes taken during that time. Achieving perfect attendance is quite difficult, with on average only 20 to 30 percent of legislators able to do so in a given year.

“Life often throws curve balls at us, whether it be health issues, the loss of a family member, or other unexpected incidents, I am grateful that for the past three years I have been able to be present one-hundred percent of the time in order to fight for less government and less government spending for both my district and the state,” Rep. Dauphinais said.

Rep. Dauphinais represents the towns of Killingly and Plainfield in the General Assembly and serves as the Ranking Member of the legislature’s Housing Committee. She is also a member of the Appropriations and Public Safety Committees.

The next regular session will convene on Wednesday, February 5th.
