Earlier this week, Governor Lamont signed into law the Fallen Officers Fund through Public Act 24-27, providing vital support to families of fallen police officers.
This fund guarantees health coverage for family members who were covered by the officer’s insurance coverage for up to five years and $100,000 assistance for surviving family members.
