This page explains how to request deletion of personal information we control for our websites and the Metta app, and how those requests interact with Connecticut public-records laws.
We are the Connecticut House Republican Office (“CHRO”), a legislative caucus. Our websites and Metta app are operated by state-employee communications staff.

As a public agency, some information is a public record and may be subject to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and state records-retention schedules. That can include:
