State Representative Stephanie Cummings (R-74) is hosting a “Social Security 101” workshop for seniors on Thursday, November 21st at the Waterbury Senior Center from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The program, Understanding and Navigating Social Security Benefits, will be directed by Benjamin Rhodes III, a Metropolitan Public Affairs Specialist from the U.S. Social Security Administration. He will be on hand to answer questions regarding retirement benefits, disability benefits, Medicare benefits, survivor benefits, on-line accounts, spousal benefits and more.
