I would like to share the following event with you, as I feel that it will be a very valuable and inspirational experience. Jordan Burnham of Minding Your Mind will be speaking at East Lyme High School about mental health and suicide prevention on January 28th.
This event is free and open to parents, caregivers and community members in both the East Lyme and Waterford Public School systems.
Minding Your Mind is a foundation dedicated to ending stigma and destructive behaviors associated with mental health issues, moving away from a crisis-based response to prevention through education.
