East Lyme Memorial Day Vigil
Sunday, May 26th at 7:30 p.m.
Liberty Green
East Lyme Memorial Day Parade
Monday, May 27th at 2:00 p.m.
Begins near St. John’s Green (across from the Children’s Museum of Southeastern CT) and proceeds down Niantic’s Main St. ending at the East Lyme Town Hall.
Salem VFW Bicentennial Memorial Day Parade, Ceremony & Celebration
Monday, May 27th at 10:00 a.m.
Starts by the town green, in front of the congregational church
Bring your leashed pets! Will include including a birthday cake, vintage vehicles, period reenactors, a bicycle decorating contest, and a reading of the town’s Proclamation by Town Historian David Wordell. Afterwards join the 1928 Meetinghouse tour!
