In the News: CT DOL

I recently appeared on Fox61 with reporter Taylor DiChello to discuss ongoing issues with the Connecticut Department of Labor (DOL) processing Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) claims. In the interview I discussed how Rhode Island was able to set up a working system by April 10^th, while Connecticut was unable to process claims until May 7^th. Our DOL employees have been working very hard to process record numbers of claims however, there examples across the country that we can learn from to provide more efficient services to those in need.
