Mother’s day is a special time of year where we get the opportunity to express our love for the mothers in our lives. Mothers inspire their sons and daughters to excel and to strive for more. Mothers teach their children to be kind and caring and  to look out for one another. Above all, mothers provide a home that is filled with love and where the door is always open.

This Mother’s Day we must find new ways to show our love for the mothers we know. Whether it is calling them over the phone or sitting down for a video call, we can still express our gratitude. This Mother’s Day I am extremely proud of my children and grandchildren and can’t wait to give them a hug.

I wish all the mothers a happy Mother’s Day, and in time, we can all celebrate together.
